Jonathan N. O. Welbeck, Ph.D., is a Senior Economist/Financial Sector Expert. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Finance) with special focus on enterprise risk management and anti-money laundering; Master of Arts (Economic Policy Management); Master of Philosophy (Finance) and Bachelor of Science in Administration, Finance (First Class Honors) all from the University of Ghana, Legon and currently works with the Bank of Ghana as a regulatory compliance expert. Jonathan is also a Chartered Banker and President of the Bank of Ghana Chartered Bankers Association (BOGACB). Jonathan is a Director and co-founder of ERM Africa, an education and global network institution of 15 countries. Jonathan is the founder and convener of the AML Community Network, a global network made up practitioners and academia.
Jonathan’s work experience in the financial sector spans over 25 years, including more than 14 years in commercial banking at Ghana Commercial Bank Limited (GCB Bank Ltd). Jonathan conducts market research and consultancy services for prospective investors in Ghana and Africa. Notable companies include; London College for International Business Studies (UK), Damahaus Prestige (Slovenia), London Entrepreneurial Studies (UK), Association of Certified Anti-Money Specialist (ACAMS), USA, Concordia University, Irvine, USA, Zoomlion Group, Ghana, Ho Technical University, Ghana.
In the space of academia, Jonathan has over ten (10) years senior academic leadership exposure. Prior to joining the Bank of Ghana, he served on the Governing Council of Wisconsin International University College (WIUC) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Ghana. He also worked as the Senior Manager, Academic and Operations at CIB, Ghana. Jonathan is an adjunct faculty at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, CEIBS, Ghana and Concordia University, Irvine, USA.

Professor Puni is a professionally and academically qualified Associate Professor in Corporate Governance and Leadership at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He is a Chartered Secretary and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. He has vast experience in Corporate Governance and acts as advisor on governance issues at the board level. Well-presented and highly personable, he has deep knowledge in corporate accountability and control processes, as well as corporate compliance issues. He has excellent organizational skills, highly efficient and methodical with good eye for details. As Leadership and Corporate Governance consultant he deploys the knowledge and expertise gained through academic and professional life in executive training on effective leadership, boardroom effectiveness and corporate governance practices. Mr Daniel Welbeck
Daniel currently works as a lecturer at School of Research and Graduate Studies, Wisconsin International University College (WIUC), Legon, Accra. Daniel is a trained teacher and holds a Master of Philosophy (Human Resource Management) from University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Education (English) from University of Education, Winneba. He has several years of experience as an HRM practioner in industry before joining academia. Daniel teaches human resource management, project management, Business ethics and values at WIUC and Enterprise Risk Management Institute (ERM) respectively.

Dr. Albert Gemegah
Dr Albert Gemegah is the Chief Executive Officer, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII).
He holds a PhD. degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Hamburg, Germany and has specialized knowledge in risk and insurance technique, risk management, insurance markets in developing economies, and insurance business management.
Dr. Gemegah has advisory capacity for internal organizational issues, strategic planning, market evaluation, project management and co-ordination as well as research and training capacity in insurance, finance and management; he worked with various insurance companies abroad, including Munich Reinsurance Company in Germany. Has served as a consultant for several insurance companies including SIC Company Ltd., Provident Insurance Company, Quality Insurance Company as well as for the National Insurance Commission (NIC).
